Amy was the most wonderful attorney I could have ever asked for. When I was served with the divorce papers I was utterly stunned and in shambles. I did not know what to do or where to turn. After I had a consultation with Amy (on the recommendation of several friends themselves attorneys) I felt like I could breathe again.

LATE PARTNER

Alfred C. Pescatore, Jr. 1945-2011

Alfred C. Pescatore, Jr. (“Fred”), was born in 1945 and sadly passed away in 2011. Having been a long term resident of Ridgefield, New Jersey, Fred was very active in his community. He attended Seton Hall University as an undergraduate student and received his J.D. from University of Tennessee Law School in 1970. Fred was admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey in 1971.

During his distinguished career as an attorney in the state of New Jersey, Fred served on the Ethics Committee and was an active member of the Bergen County Bar Association. He was a mentor to many young attorneys and highly regarded by his peers.

Fred was in private practice in Hackensack for over 40 years. He specialized in real estate, estates and general litigation.

His presence is greatly missed.
