Amy L. Sauter, Esq.
Amy L. Sauter is the sole partner of Pescatore & Sauter, LLC, a practice devoted to all areas of family law.
Amy has been practicing law in the State of New Jersey for over 34 years. She served as law clerk for the Honorable Harvey R. Sorkow, former Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Bergen County, New Jersey for a 1984 - 1985 clerkship. Following her clerkship, she became an associate with the Hackensack firm of Albert & Pescatore and later became a partner in that firm. She has been a member of the Bergen County Bar Association since 1985 and has served as Co-Chair of the Family Law Committee of the Bergen County Bar Association for multiple terms. She has been a member of the State Bar Association, Family Law Section since 1986. She was a past member of the Board of Legal Aid Services (including pro bono award recipient in 1989). She has been a past member of the Fee Arbitration Committee, serving as Chair from 1999- 2000. She is a Master of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inns of Court. She is a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice. She is a panelist for the Superior Court of New Jersey Mandatory Early Settlement Program, Family Part, Bergen County. She is a court approved Mediator for family law cases since September of 2010. Amy has been named a Super Lawyer for 2017 and 2018. She also been named as a Top Attorney in New Jersey. She has been appointed by the court as Guardian ad Litem for children and also as an attorney for children. Amy is fluent in English and Spanish.

Alexandra Mangini, Esq.
Alexandra Mangini is the associate attorney at Pescatore & Sauter, LLC. who joined the firm in 2014. She graduated from Muhlenberg College, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and New England School of Law. In December of 2011, Ms. Mangini was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Mangini served as a judicial law clerk in the chambers of the Honorable Keith A. Bachmann, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, from August of 2013 to August of 2014. Prior to her clerkship, Ms. Mangini volunteered her time as a pro bono attorney with Northeast New Jersey Legal Services where she practiced family law exclusively. Ms. Mangini has also worked as a per diem attorney for Meehan & Quirk, LLC. Ms. Mangini also served a judicial internship in the chambers of the Honorable Catherine I. Enright, P.J.F.P., Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County.

Alfred C. Pescatore, Jr. 1945-2011
Alfred C. Pescatore, Jr. (“Fred”), was born in 1945 and sadly passed away in 2011. Having been a long term resident of Ridgefield, New Jersey, Fred was very active in his community. He attended Seton Hall University as an undergraduate student and received his J.D. from University of Tennessee Law School in 1970. Fred was admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey in 1971.
During his distinguished career as an attorney in the state of New Jersey, Fred served on the Ethics Committee and was an active member of the Bergen County Bar Association. He was a mentor to many young attorneys and highly regarded by his peers.
Fred was in private practice in Hackensack for over 40 years. He specialized in real estate, estates and general litigation.
His presence is greatly missed.
